Last year I laughed out loud at Herbstreit's campaign to anoint Morelli as the best QB in the Big 10 and sure fire reason why PSU would run to the conference title, in his usual Herbstreit way of bending over backwards to not pick his Buckeyes in the preseason...<BR/><BR/>This year, Penn State once again looks to be solid, returning a healthy number of starters on both sides of the football, but there are several issues that I think many are not addressing, and I'll get into this more in my upcoming preview.<BR/><BR/>1. New QB (if it's such a huge weakness in Ann Arbor, it's not exactly a no-big-deal-er in Happy Valley either)<BR/>2. Whom exactly is the play-maker on this football team?<BR/>3.
