As you've probably heard, the BTN and Comcast have finally reached a deal that would allow viewers residing within the "Big Ten footprint" to view the channel on expanded basic (Philadelphia market excluded). Here's a handy way to gauge whether you'll be able to watch: If any portion of your state's habitable area is underwater, you'll be getting the network.
Yay BTN and Comcast!
Boo floods.
Iowa may be getting most of the press coverage, but almost every state in the "footprint" is dealing with rivers who are refusing to play by the rules, encroachment be damned, including me and Champ's home state of Indiana. If you're a Hoosier, a Hoosier sympathizer, a Boilermaker, a Domer, or a Mastodon in Fort Wayne, consider giving a little to aid those who have found their homes underwater: http://salvationarmyindiana
